These Terms of Use apply to your use of DigiPx, a browser-based PDF and image analysis tool by Sum.Space.
By using DigiPx, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the tool.
1. About DigiPx
DigiPx allows users to inspect PDF and image files and generate technical summaries. The tool may provide information such as page size, image dimensions, resolution, colour information, metadata, bleed checks, page grouping, print-readiness checks, and downloadable reports.
DigiPx is created as a Sum.Space tool.
You can find more tools from Sum.Space at: https://sum.space/
DigiPx is designed as a helpful file inspection tool. It is not a substitute for professional pre-press, print production, legal, compliance, or technical advice.
2. Browser-only processing
DigiPx is intended to analyse files locally in your browser. Your uploaded files are not intentionally uploaded to our server for analysis.
Files are processed on your own device and are effectively removed from the app when you close or refresh the browser tab, unless your browser or device temporarily caches information as part of normal operation.
3. File responsibility
You are responsible for any files you choose to analyse using DigiPx.
You must not use DigiPx to process files that:
- You do not have permission to use
- Contain unlawful, harmful, or infringing material
- Breach someone else's confidentiality, privacy, or intellectual property rights
- Contain malicious code or are intended to disrupt the service
4. Accuracy of analysis
DigiPx aims to provide useful file information, but results may not always be complete, accurate, or suitable for every production workflow.
Print-readiness checks, bleed detection, colour checks, DPI estimates, metadata extraction, and size grouping may be approximate. You should always manually check important files before printing, publishing, submitting, or relying on them.
We do not guarantee that a file is print-ready, production-ready, compliant with any printer's requirements, or free from technical issues.
5. Reports and exports
DigiPx may allow you to export a summary report. Reports are generated for convenience only and should be checked carefully before being shared or relied upon.
You are responsible for the use, storage, and distribution of any reports you export.
6. Intellectual property
You keep all rights to your files. Using DigiPx does not transfer ownership of your files to us.
The DigiPx website, interface, branding, design, text, code, and other materials belong to DigiPx, Sum.Space, or their licensors, unless otherwise stated.
You may not copy, resell, reverse engineer, or commercially exploit DigiPx without permission.
7. Availability and changes
DigiPx may be changed, updated, limited, suspended, or withdrawn at any time. Features may change as the tool develops.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, compatibility with every file, or support for every browser, device, file type, colour profile, PDF structure, or metadata format.
8. No warranties
DigiPx is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude all warranties, representations, or guarantees relating to the tool.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any loss, damage, cost, missed deadline, print error, production issue, data loss, loss of profit, loss of business, or indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of DigiPx.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.
10. Third-party links
DigiPx may include links to third-party websites, including Sum.Space and Buy Me a Coffee. We are not responsible for third-party websites, services, payments, content, or privacy practices.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the courts of England and Wales, unless applicable consumer protection law gives you additional rights.
